A beautiful job! I applaud your no-sashing decision. There is enough color in the quilt that it wasn’t needed, and the finish is gorgeous. Love the backing!

  2. You did a wonderful job preserving the tee shirts. Way to go! 😊😁

    Very nice!
The darker mottled blue that you used for borders when needed is perfect!
I have a bag of t-shirts from a Bible camp and was asked to make a t-shirt quilt … procrastination has been sitting on that bag … you’ve inspired me to perhaps, maybe, get that bag out and take a look at the shirts! We’ll see … maybe next week! 🙂

  7. I need to do this. I kept all my late husbands T-shirts and want to do it for my daughter.

  11. I have a pile of my daughter’s t-shirts sitting on my quilt chair as I type this. We were planning to work on it while she was home, but her agenda is mighty busy, so we may only get the shirts cut up. You did a great job on the quilt! The backing was perfect!
