  1. We’ve been noticing the corn looking good around here, too – I love seeing fields of growing things when our city is just getting bigger and bigger. Homegrown tomatoes are the best, aren’t they? My BIL just gave us a bunch of his last night – maybe I’d better take a picture of them before we eat them up! That water slide ride sure looks fun!

Okay, now I gotta get me a shark blanket and Elmo slippers…so cute! Probably wouldn’t look as cute on me, but I have an active imagination, it’ll do. Now that my heart is melted, I can get on with ending the week in proper form! As for tomato plants…yeah…don’t go there…

The corn is growing like crazy here, too. Tomatoes! I’m hoping to pick up some more local ones on Saturday. Yum. Ooh – such pretty nail polish. 🙂

Our tomatoes here in CT are slim pickins too, but I totally agree – it makes us savor every single one. And while I love every picture, ya gotta know that when that sweet boy gets it in his mind to do something like wear his Elmo slippers and winter hat to go shopping my heart near bursts! As always dear friend, thank you so much for sharing these littles. Always makes my heart sing!

Thank you for the great shots of the kids. I love every one of them. The weeds are growing just fine here…unfortunately. Everything else, not so much. Enjoy all the tomatoes you can get.

We are almost there with the local corn being ready and so happy…love the fresh stuff. And baby tomatoes are so good too.
I had my one pedicure a summer already, LOL. But your toes look lovely.

  9. Eating tomatoes is definitely preferable to snapping photos of them.
    Yum!

Good Morning, Roseanne … Those two little ones faces melt my heart every week. How nice that Dominic had a big cousin to help him enjoy the big water slide safely. We have one big planter of beefsteak and cherry tomatoes and the cherry ones never even make it into the house. I snack a ripe one every time I walk by. WE shared a big one in a salad yesterday. The corn is late here this year. It really did not look like it would grow in June. We shall be extra grateful for the harvest this year after the odd summer we have had. Thank you for sharing Thursday with me … 🙂 Pat

The crops were not looking promising here either until the last couple weeks and it just shot up. Now the garden is a whole different story, it’s not gonna do a thing. The lettuce DH planted was the only super thing so far anyway. The cuc’s only 3 so far and it should have been way more and there is not much on there for future picking. I do have 2 tomato ripening out of 6 on the 4 plants and they are small!

  13. As always the kids brighten my Thursday mornings! Glad to see the corn is growing — I love me some grilled corn on the cob ♥♥

I haven’t had a pedi in awhile the last time I did two of my toe nails developed a fungus several weeks later – I really don’t know if it was from the pedi or not – I’m hesitant to get another – it took forever to get the nails back to normal

  15. Oh, those littles are so darling! I haven’t had a pedi for ever and ever. I should get one again! I agree that the corn suddenly woke up and grew, fast. So many good things, Roseanne!
