      Hi Jean,
Wow – that is super! I will add your name to the list of participants in next week’s updates. Ooh, I wonder what colors/fabrics you’ll use?! ~smile~ Roseanne

  2. Beautiful quilts and it is so neat to see all of the different fabrics!

My white jelly roll arrived this week, so I’ll start stitching it next week! Yay! Share my pics all you want. =) Fun to see the colors people are using. Thanks!

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Susan!
Thank you – I know everyone wants to see what others are doing. Or maybe I should be honest and just say I want to see!! HAHA! ~smile~ Roseanne

I love this quilt, there are so many ways to make color variations. Thanks for the inspiration and a quilt I would love to do!

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Tabitha,
Well aren’t you sweet?! If you would like to join in with us, there is plenty of time. No rush, no pressure but you are more than welcome. If you don’t, I hope you enjoy making one at some point. I sure would be happy to see it! ~smile~ Roseanne

  5. Roseanne, I posted my fabric selections on my Facebook page. Sorry now blog, posts yet. I’ve been busy with my Mystery QAL piece. Everyone’s color combinations look so pretty! 🙂

Between the holidays with all my kids and grands then getting the flu, I have done nothing on this – I’m sorry!!! As soon as I am not sick, I’ll be getting with the program.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi!
Oh no, the flu is no fun at all. You don’t have to be sorry! {{Hugs}} Remember, there is no rush or pressure – just fun with this sew along. I say lay low until you feel better – no one wants to sew when they don’t feel well. That sounds too much like work! Feel better soon, and check in with us when you do! I’ll keep checking your blog now and then to see if you’ve posted an update. ~smile~ Roseanne

  7. Everyone’s fabric choices are so pretty. I went with the blues. Hopefully will be able to post picture soon.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Peggy,
I thought your two choices were between two different blues?? I look forward to seeing which one you went with. I have the first three rows sewn together in one long 84″ row – they need to be trimmed soon. ~smile~ Roseanne

      • I used the jelly roll and pulled a couple pieces from the flat fabrics also. I have been sewing a few strips as I can but I feel like I am going at a turtle pace, but it is happening. I am happy to see progress at last.

      • Roseanne says:

        Hi Peggy!
I still just have the first section A together in one longgggggggg strip. I haven’t felt like sewing, so I’m not. ~shrug~ Sometimes I’m really motivated, and this week it is a chore so I’m riding the no sewing wave. Remember – no rush, no pressure! ~smile~ Roseanne

      • I think a lot of us has the ‘just can’t help it’ mood going on right now. It will soon pass. 🙂

  8. Cocoa Quilts says:

I am on to sewing today. Oh and ripping out. I can’t believe how many times I didn’t look at the directions! Hoping to have a top by tonight.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Jan,
You are doing super! I’m so sorry you are ripping though – time to walk away and doing something else fun. Remember, no rush, no pressure, AND most importantly fun. ~smile~ Roseanne

  9. Shannon Fleming says:

I enjoyed seeing what everyone was doing here on your blog. What a great idea! And I love that you took the time to link too. This is so fun!

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Shannon!
I am so glad you and everyone is enjoying this. It’s not like there are rules anywhere for ‘running a SAL or QAL’ that I know of. HAHA! If there is, I need the link. All I know is that no one needs any additional stress! ~smile~ Roseanne

  10. I’m still waiting on my fabric to arrive. I’m going to do something a little different (I think), if I like the idea once the fabric gets here. Nothing to exciting, just different.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Wendy,
That is great, and you know there’s NO RUSH. I just shared what I found on all the different blogs – I hope people are checking on their own for motivation and to see all the quilty goodness. ~smile~ Roseanne

  11. Vicki in MN says:

I was wondering if you were going to do a link up so we could see each others quilts, thanks for the updates! They are all going to be just beautiful:)

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Vicki,
I didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes but thought everyone would enjoy seeing what I found. So, I hope no one’s miffed that I shared their pictures . . . ~smile~ Roseanne
