We put up our hummingbird feeder too. It was emptied in a couple of days. We are sure a raccoon is visiting it at night. A friend has a Baltimore Oriole visiting hers. I’m just looking forward to seeing the hummers! That is a nice plaid for your Easter tabletopper – want to see it completed!

Good goals, and good accomplishments. I don’t even remember what my monthly goal is!

  3. Rochelle Summers says:

You are moving along! congratulations. I look forward to seeing the quilting.

  4. I’ve never made hummingbird nectar in the microwave. I copied your recipe and plan to try it soon. I know I won’t be tempted by that recipe but would definitely be tempted by the mocha chocolate cheesecake! Can’t wait to see those star buttons for the growth chart, and finally your hexie quilt is so striking. I love all those colors together. Hope you’re having a good evening, Mary.

Put Painter’s Tape around the plexiglass edge, then you won’t lose track of where the edges are. I LOL’d when I saw Addy was the longest of the 3. Girl Power!!

Roseanne, I love that last goal – feel accomplished because I sewed something. It’s perfect!

  10. Aw, you got some fun things done! “Fabulously early”! I like that–that’s how I usually roll!

Please show us those star buttons when they arrive! They sound really cute. Good luck with your projects — if anyone can get that much done in a week (and do it well!), it’s you!

  12. Great job on your goals! Good luck with this week – I sure do love the quilting pattern you worked out!

  13. Wow– you did great with last weeks list! The growth chart is such a great idea…the hexie baby quilt colors are gorgeous, I love the Stonehenge fabric. Can’t wait to see the Easter table runner!

  14. Denise says:

Congrats on reaching your goals and good luck on this weeks. I really love the fabrics in the hexi quilt. For May there is a blog hop and I’m working on a topper myself but I just cant decide on color placement.
Thank you for the linky party.

  15. That plaid is a winner! And whew, another close call on your plexi-edges!

  16. You know what? It’s just so fun to see how far you’ve come with quilting quilts. You are much more confident in planning your quilting designs, and then you dive right in and make it happen. I think you are well able to complete the OMG project. Just do a little each day, then reward yourself with something fun, quilty or otherwise. You’ve had a good week!

  17. I love that plaid for your Easter tabletopper, Roseanne – it looks like something fun to work on this time of year! The baby quilt you’ve been working on is turning out wonderfully, too. I really love those colors! And mocha chocolate cheesecake that doesn’t require baking – can you share that recipe?!
