  1. I can totally relate to the “long” short weeks at work! That’s amazing that you have fabric in your stash since 1993. Since I just started quilting in 2014, the oldest fabric in my stash is about five years old. Actually that’s not true. My sister sent me some of my mom’s fabric from the 1990s, so I have some oldies but goodies too! Take care, Mary.

  2. I’m in the “too tired after work” mode too. I don’t want to cut off my fingers with the rotary cutter, so I keep waiting for a day when I have the energy. Hopefully today!

Those florals really caught my eye. The large bits would be good for broderie perse quilting I think, coincidentally something on my to try list. Oh Roseanne, will I live long enough! LOL

I love that rainbow ripples top!

  5. I like the richness of the colors in your floral selections. I’m curious which is the 1993 piece?

Nice short list this week, you must be so relieved. I’m completely caught up with only 1 quilt needing bound but no rush on it. My commissioned quilt top is very close to a finish. What will I do with all my spare time?

  7. can’t wait to see your Llama — I think it’s the cutest pattern!

  8. Yep, like Diann said, some weeks are like that. Not to worry. It’ll all come around in the end 🙂 I’m excited to see that llama 🙂

  9. Some weeks are like that, aren’t they?! I always figure that petting fabric qualifies as accomplishing something! Have a great day, Roseanne!

1993?!!! That was the year I got married!! And probably the year I first dipped my toes into quilting. Fond memories.
