I know well that feeling of wanting to be done with a project that has hung around a little too long! Loving the stitching around those letters! I think I’d just fudge the one color for the triangle too! Love that quilting on the table runner too, can’t wait to see the front!

      Hi Christine,
I’m posting about the finish on the mystery QAL table runner on Friday. Yeah, I’m a rule follower so I did get that color that calls for only one square . . . but I thought about it! ~smile~ Roseanne

  2. Ooh, they sure DO look pretty! Good idea to do 7″ squares to enlarge it. Someone on IG is doing the quilt as is but 1.5 times to make it king size and it’s looking terrific too. Others are doing a mini! How much fun. Thanks for linking up!

Hi Sandra! I am thrilled with how it is coming together. I’m glad I only need a queen size instead of a king! ~smile~ Roseanne

Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly Goal and good luck on your project.

I’m loving your postcard photos. It probably is fine to miss that one triangle colour. I purchased a kit so I’ve got a whole fat quarter of it….but no worries I’m sure I’ll use it for something else.

      Hi Lisa,
Oh definitely you will find another use for it! I had to get all 36 colors – I’m a rule follower so I can’t just ignore that one color. I look forward to seeing how yours turns out! I worked a bit on it today – oh so many HSTs to go though! ~smile~ Roseanne

Those colorful triangles are beautiful. Do you think the quilt is just triangles? (PS I’m not starting anything new for at least a week or two. MUST finish a UFO before I start anything!)

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Bonnie,
Yes, the whole entire quilt is just half-square triangles! Aren’t all those fabrics just fabulous?!! Not that I’m trying to pull you into its beauty, but I’m just calling it like it is. HAHA! ~smile~ Roseanne

  6. Roseanne, Yippie! You finally get to make your postcard quilt! This will be a fun one to watch. The table runner looks awesome. Love the quilting! It’s so fun to see it from the back. 😊

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Cindy,
That’s exactly how I feel about the Postcard quilt – yippee skippy! And you know you are the inspiration for the quilting – I give you the credit in my post about this table runner. I appreciate you and am so happy you shared your quilting! ~smile~ Roseanne

      • Roseanne, the postcard quilt timing seems so appropriate for Spring! All those bright and colorful colors just make me smile. I noticed that. Thank you very kindly for the mention. You acknowledgement makes my heart sing. I’m glad something I did gave you inspiration. ♥️😁

  7. Your Postcards quilt is coming on great, wish I had my cutting finished. Lovely colours.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Kate,
It is quite a bit of cutting, but once that’s behind you I think it will go together quickly. I am hoping to do a little sewing tonight on it. ~smile~ Roseanne

  8. I wish I had time to join in the QAL for PFS; I love that colorful quilt! You are ahead of schedule, keep up the good work!

Wishing you lots of success in meeting those goals, you know you can do it!

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Vicki!
Yes, you betcha. I have to meet them all so I can put those checkmarks next to them next week. HAHA! ~smile~ Roseanne

  10. That is a lot of triangles! Pretty colors.

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Carole,
Thank you so much – it does look so darn pretty. We had to order some more fabric so there are still more to cut. ~smile~ Roseanne
