Tutorial – Gorgeous Geese Migration Quilts
I am sorry to tempt you today with these beauties. I know once you see all the pretty examples, you are going to want to put this on your to-do list. And you will bump it to the top. That’s my prediction anyway. Geese Migration by Cynthia Brunz Designs at Quilting is More Fun Than Housework is the tutorial I share today from 2015. Cynthia has a Pinterest page that gathers all the quilts made by others in one place.
You can find the .pdf pattern by clicking on this Geese Migration link. The Sew Mama Sew website has closed.
Examples are plentiful but I am unable to share some of the pretties. You will need to check out the Pinterest link yourself to see them all.
Geese Migration Examples
Tracy at Tracys Bits n Pieces made this beauty in 2016. She had some other great finishes in that post, too! I love all her fabric and color choices. They look just stunning, don’t you think?
Libby at Hillside Quilter made her version in more muted colors:
I love her colors as well and the low volume background print she chose. Have I tempted you into adding this quilt to your list of patterns to be made? If you do, be sure you PIN them to Cynthia’s page so we can all see and enjoy your creative talents.
I am auditioning patterns for the next no-pressure sew along that I am thinking of starting sometime this summer. If there is any interest in doing another one, that is. We’ll see!
