Christmas Virtual Cookie Exchange Day #2
It’s December and it’s here, it’s here! What, you ask?? The Christmas Virtual Cookie Exchange is here and it started yesterday.
Carol from Just Let Me Quilt is hosting a blog hop featuring recipes and other fun things. All will have a recipe or two to share plus maybe a little quilting and possibly a giveaway! The blog hop runs all week long so there’s plenty of time to check them all out.
Here is our recipe for Seafoam is made with both white and brown sugar, and this particular candy recipe (click for a .pdf) does not use corn syrup either. Don’t be intimidated by the candy thermometer – it’s really not hard to make. Sue and I whipped up a batch in less than an hour – but you do have to wait for it to cool and harden.
This little evergreen Holiday Tree Welcome hanging is now gracing our front door, and it could grace your door as well. It finishes off at approximately 15″ x 19″ and we added a multi-colored Welcome near the bottom. Just click the link for a .pdf version of the pattern. Full details of our post from yesterday is found Christmas Virtual Cookie Exchange Welcome Tree here.

This sounds so light and SWEET! Thank you for sharing the cute recipe and card. Merry Christmas!
This sounds amazing … like a cross between a meringue and divinity, maybe?! Can’t wait to try this out! 🙂
