Plenty to love about all of those things!

  2. Roseanne, you are very sweet! I count you as one of my friends as well. So sad that those germs caught up with you. I hope by now that you have sent them packing! 🙂

I agree about being to church before everyone. But it is like when snow is falling at night. That quiet hush that takes over, it feels like the whole world is muffled. Cute elves you have there.

      Hi Colette,
I agree, it does sound like the whole world is hushed or muffled. Just makes me smile thinking about it. Happy New Year to you! ~smile~ Roseanne

  5. How odd that clicking “My webpage” on your blogger profile brought to the post I read and commented on before. Tried going ‘sideways’ with the arrow and found a newer one, then saw December 2017, so knew there must be a way to get to a more current one…anyhow doesn’t matter. Glad you’re feeling better, and love that family pic. That mocha cake looks to die for. I am still writing (having issues with inserting a coupe photos, love/hate technology!) my I Like post!

so send me the cheesecake recipe. And the festive outfits on your elves… priceless!!! Such spirit. Hope you stop coughing soon, and return to fine health! Happy new year my friend! LeeAnna

      Hi LeeAnna,
I will send you the recipe, and I feel 95% better. Well enough to sew anyway. HAHA! Those boys keep me young. ~smile~ Roseanne

  8. That mocha cheesecake looks and sounds yummy! Would you share the recipe? No fun having a cold on Christmas, but I’m glad you still got to see all the cuties, even if there was no cuddling!

    • Roseanne says:

      Hi Diann,
I will send you the recipe! The cold is almost all gone now, thank heavens. I think the zinc Zicam sent it packing. ~smile~ Roseanne

  9. I miss those quiet late church services; our church doesn’t have one. When I was a young kid, our home church had an early service on Christmas Day at 6 am. It was a Scandinavian community and the service was called the Julotta Service (pronounced “yule-etta”). I loved going in the early dark morning. The church was lit with candles. It was quiet and beautiful. Your elves are cuties, and that mocha cheesecake looks delicious!
