I Love Thursday #90 Fun Times
This is the 90th post of things we love for the week. We post these loves each Thursday along with LeeAnna on her blog at Not Afraid of Color. Several additional friends also share on a weekly basis – be sure to check them out. You will surely find something to inspire you.
Jogger double stroller! Grandma Janice was out for a walk during her lunch hour and stumbled upon a rummage sale that had this nifty double stroller. Thankfully, it was on a Friday and she caught Sue and I before we started babysitting. We brought over the cash and loaded up the stroller in record time. Now the littles can ride in style when joining in on races and longer walks.
Those shades or pull-down covers come down as far as the handrail, and hopefully, the footrest will be a bit longer for Dominic and his long legs. I think both littles would NOT like the covers down as they are both nosy rosies – not named for me at all!
Sweet Addison and GG! Addison and her brother visited early Saturday morning and GG was over for coffee. It wasn’t difficult to get a photo of GG holding Addi along with the Elmo book to chew on. We love these two!
Summer school signs! Thankfully, summer school is held in the building I work in year-round. One of the class offerings this summer is event planning. Displayed throughout all the hallways, signs were made to advertise the first event. I just love this sign advertising the first beach-themed party. All was “welcoe to a paty”. L.o.v.e.
Instagram inspiring posts. I follow Angela Walters on Instagram, and this was one of her recent posts. Look at all the quilty goodness right there in one post. Oooh-la-la! I would love to attend one of her lectures someday.
Dominic had fun over the weekend! He got to ride the rides at Greek Fest, plus he got a chance to tour the local fire station. Talk about a little boy on a BIG truck. Then it was time to learn to share and spend time with his sister. Dominic counted on the xylophone and Addison chewed on the mallet. Thankfully there are two stacks of rings to play with but Addison is not allowed the orange ring unless her brother doesn’t notice she has it. Addison would love to learn to color but in the meantime crumples pages like the best of them. Finally, Addison says this is what a 5-month-old looks like drinking from a sippy cup and then smiling at momma. One last shot – be still my heart – Dominic at the front door waiting for Auntie Sue to arrive. OMG! He said “hi” when she got out of the car. ♥ ♥ ♥
