Happy Day! I hope you were able to participate in the Virtual Cookie Exchange and entered our giveaway. It may be too late for our giveaway but it’s not too late to checkout all the good recipes and stories that were shared. Some blogs also had giveaways that extended past the hop and they shared patterns so take a look! Here is a reminder of all of them:
Virtual Cookie Exchange Giveaway Winner!
Let me get to exciting part though. We have a winner from our Rafflecopter giveaway. I used the Rafflecopter utilities for picking the winner. Her name is Mary C from Texas and I contacted her Friday morning. Once she responded, I got her gift package ready for mailing. It included the Cutting Gizmo by The Gypsy Quilter as well as a cute little bundle of fabrics that hopefully will be something she enjoys.
I want to thank all of you who participated in the raffle, left a comment on our blog/started following us, or followed us on our Facebook page. Did you find some recipes that you want to try? I would love to hear if you like our cookies and/or the fudge. It is time to make ours for Christmas Eve!
In case you aren’t aware, we have some fun things coming up in the new year. On Monday, I’ll share a ‘last call’ of sorts for the Regatta Quilt sew-along, featuring the beautiful quilt designed by Block M Quilts. That sew-along starts on New Year’s Day. In February we will participate in a blog hop featuring hearts for Valentine’s Day. Lastly, in February we will also celebrate our first full year of blogging – I can promise another giveaway for sure!
Our Linky Parties can be found by clicking the link for more quilting fun – check out what our friends are up to. Like/follow us on our Facebook page and share your likes/loves there! We love to see them. ~smile~ Like this:

I DID find some great recipes and some which other people already borrowed from me. =) Thanks that was fun – not that a single cookie is *needed* around here, mind you. But man cannot live on bread alone. He also needs cake and donuts and ice cream and, now and then, a sody. Thanks for running it!
Congratulations to the lucky winner! It was fun to look at the recipes. Especially because they didn’t add to my waistline. I have a few issues with Christmas cookies disappearing if they are left in my care. LOL! I’m looking forward to the Regatta! Already making plans for my contribution. 🙂
Yippee!! ~smile~ Roseanne
